    Eli Iserbyt (BEL) has won the 2020 UEC Elite Men's Continental Championships.

    It was a tight race between he and countryman - and professional team mate at Pauwels Sauzen - Michael Vanthourenhout, with Iserbyt eventually taking the win by 16 seconds.
